Souvenir Express creates New York-inspired apparel with a focus on clean design, comfort, and everyday wear. Our factory and warehouse are located in Ronkonkoma, Long Island, New York, where we handle our products with care from start to finish.

Every piece is designed with attention to detail, checked carefully, packed with care, and shipped from New York.

Order Questions

If you have a question about your order, please contact us with your order number. We can help with:

Shipping

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom apparel, personalized items, DTG, DTF, embroidery, bulk orders, and wholesale orders may take extra production time depending on the order details.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

Custom, personalized, DTG, DTF, embroidery, bulk, and wholesale orders are final sale once approved or produced.

We offer custom apparel and personalized products, including:

For custom orders, please contact us with your design, quantity, size, color, and deadline.

Bulk / Wholesale Orders

We accept bulk and wholesale inquiries for retail stores, gift shops, events, corporate orders, and group orders.

Sizing Help

Please check the size chart before ordering. Sizing may vary slightly depending on the product style, brand, and fit.

If you are between sizes or want an oversized look, we recommend sizing up.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Clear photo of the issue
• Photo of packaging if damaged
• Short explanation of the problem

We will review the issue and help with the best solution.
