HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose your print size.
2. Click "Add to Cart."
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. At checkout, leave a note to the seller with any special request.
5. Send your artwork/design through Etsy Messages in PNG format after placing your order. Please include your order number.
6. For the best result, your file should have a transparent background. If your image background is not transparent, please add "Remove Background" to your cart before checkout.
7. Please specify your print color, size, and any placement details.
ABOUT THIS LISTING
This listing is for the heat transfer print only. No shirt, hoodie, or garment is included unless stated in the listing.
You can create your own custom T-shirt, hoodie, tote bag, or apparel item by sending us your design. We will print your artwork and prepare it for heat press application.
Your artwork must be print-ready and sent at the size you want it printed. Please make sure the background is 100% transparent. If the background is not transparent, the artwork will be printed exactly as received unless background removal is added to the order.
If a print-ready file is not provided, your order may be delayed, canceled, or refunded.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
We recommend PNG format with a transparent background.
For the best print quality:
* PNG file preferred
* 300 DPI recommended
* Transparent background required
* Send the artwork at the exact size you want printed
* Choose the longest side size when selecting your print size
* Add exact size details in the personalization box
If you need us to remove the background, please add background removal to your cart and mention it in the personalization box.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Souvenir Express / Mars Fashion is based in Ronkonkoma, Long Island, New York.
Orders are usually printed and shipped quickly after we receive your artwork. Many ready-to-print files may be processed the same day depending on order volume.
Estimated delivery time is usually 2-7 business days after the order and artwork are received.
HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your heat press to 350°F.
2. Use firm pressure, around 70 PSI or higher.
3. Press the garment for a few seconds first to remove moisture and wrinkles.
4. Place the transfer face up on the garment.
5. Cover with parchment paper, Teflon sheet, or greaseproof paper.
6. Press for 15 seconds.
7. Let the transfer cool for about 15 seconds before peeling.
8. Slowly peel from one corner. If the design does not fully stick, press again for 5-10 seconds.
9. After peeling the clear film, cover the design again and press for another 5 seconds to seal the transfer.
IMPORTANT NOTES
A home iron works but is not recommended for DTF transfers. A heat press gives the best and most durable result.
